About the Role

The Greenwich Tent Company is one of New England's premier event tent and structure companies, and every season we build an exceptional crew to make it happen. We're hiring Seasonal Tent Installers to join our team for the 2026 season (May through October 31st). This is a hands-on, physically demanding, and rewarding outdoor role — you'll travel across New England and New York, building impressive structures for high-profile events. No prior experience required. If you show up, work hard, and bring a great attitude, we'll train you on everything else. Prior experience is recognized and compensated accordingly.

What You'll Do

• Load, transport, install, and break down event tents and related equipment at event sites across New England and New York
• Work as part of a crew under a Tent Foreman to safely and efficiently set up and remove tented structures of all sizes
• Unload trucks, clean equipment, and properly shelve and store gear at our Bridgeport warehouse
• Load trucks and prep equipment in advance of upcoming events
• Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times on-site and in the warehouse

Requirements

• Ability to lift 75 lbs independently and push/pull up to 100 lbs
• Full range of motion — must be able to bend, squat, climb, crawl, kneel, and crouch repeatedly throughout a shift
• Reliable transportation to and from our Bridgeport, CT facility
• Available to work weekends, extended hours, and flexible schedule changes
• Available to work through October 31st
