Role Summary: This is a phone-heavy role focused on managing the daily flow of business communications. You will be responsible for handling incoming inquiries and making outgoing coordination calls. The ideal candidate is someone who is comfortable spending their day on the phone and maintains a high level of professional energy.
Key Responsibilities:
Active Call Handling: Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound business calls daily.
Operational Coordination: Call field staff and partners to confirm schedules, locations, and project details.
Inquiry Screening: Answer questions from potential partners and accurately relay information to the management team.
Data Logging: Maintain precise records of all phone interactions in our communication logs.
Qualifications:
Fluent English: Excellent verbal communication skills. You must be able to speak clearly and professionally with a US-based audience.
Phone Confidence: Highly comfortable with "cold" and "warm" calling; ability to stay professional and persuasive on the phone.
Professionalism: A polite, business-oriented phone manner and the ability to handle multi-tasking.
Remote Setup: A quiet, distraction-free environment and a reliable, high-speed internet connection are mandatory.
Availability: Must be able to work during US business hours
