Start your new career as a Production Associate with MAU at AFL in Duncan, SC. As a Production Associate, you will safely operate manufacturing equipment, ensure product quality, and contribute to a high-performing team in a dynamic production environment. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.

What We Offer:

• Pay of $19.14/hr
• Shift differential -  $20.29/hr
• Work 36 hours, get paid for 40
• Weekend Days: 5:00am - 5:00pm; Friday - Sunday
• Weekend Nights: 5:00pm - 5:00am; Friday - Sunday

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED - preferred
• At least 1 year of manufacturing experience - preferred
• Ability to lift 15–40 lbs repeatedly
• Willingness to work in a physical, team-based production environment
• Strong attention to detail and safety procedures
• Familiarity with basic math and measurement tools
• Basic computer skills; Microsoft Office and Oracle experience a plus
• Must wear PPE (safety glasses, steel-toe shoes, and ear protection as required)

What You’ll Do as a Production Associate:

• Operate and monitor production equipment and machinery
• Perform efficient machine changeovers and quality checks
• Maintain production area cleanliness and equipment upkeep
• Accurately enter production and quality data into systems
• Assist with machine setups and preventive maintenance tasks
• Identify and report quality issues promptly
• Follow safety, health, and environmental guidelines
• Collaborate with team members and support process improvements

Walk-In Interview Hours:

• Monday & Thursday: 9:00 AM - 11:30 AM
• Tuesday & Thursday: 1:30 PM - 4:00 PM
