This can serve as an internship role as well.

We are a real estate development/construction and restaurant company. If you have an interest in these you are a preferred candidate.

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as a vital support system within our office, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication. This role requires strong clerical skills, and proficiency in various office technologies. The Office Administrator will be responsible for providing assistance to a team of 2 members.

Must have strong organizational skills with proficiency in excel/Google sheets and computer file management.

Must be able to transport to various sites and locations outside of the office.

Looking for someone flexible who is willing to learn.

Duties

  • Serve as a personal assistant to management, handling online file organization, invoice management, bookkeeping, calendar management, scheduling appointments.
  • Transporting and retrieving orders and items from other locations when necessary including advertising materials, food, and other materials.
  • Maintain organized filing systems and ensure all clerical tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Utilize Google and Microsoft Suite for document creation, data entry, and communication with team members.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance office productivity and improve workflow processes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an office administration role or similar position.
  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Google Suite applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Previous experience as a personal assistant is a plus.
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
  • Familiarity with clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and record keeping.
