Position Summary:
Samsung SDS is a global leader in logistics, powered by innovative IT solutions such as our integrated “Cello” platform. The Legal & Compliance Coordinator will provide essential day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Legal & Compliance team, including invoice processing, budget coordination, recordkeeping, compliance tracking, and document management to support ongoing Smart Logistics (SL) operations.
This role serves as the central point of coordination for administrative activities within the Legal & Compliance function. Responsibilities include processing vendor payments, maintaining organized and audit-ready filing systems, tracking licenses and regulatory deadlines, and helping ensure that required corporate documentation and compliance obligations remain current to prevent lapses.
This is not a legal advisory role. This position is execution-focused and serves as the administrative backbone of the Legal & Compliance team through timely, accurate, and organized handling of records, systems, and operational processes in accordance with internal controls.
The position reports to the Head of SL Legal and requires a strong work ethic, a positive and professional attitude, efficiency, excellent customer service, and exceptional attention to detail.
