Job Description

Salary: $100,000 - 145,000 per year Requirements:

• We are looking for a highly experienced Lead Full Stack Software Engineer with technical leadership background.
• We require strong expertise in modern web application development, especially with React on the frontend and Python on the backend.
• We expect proven experience in software architecture, system design, and application integration.
• We need demonstrated ability to engage with customers and stakeholders, gather requirements, and communicate technical ideas clearly.
• We require experience shaping product roadmaps and aligning implementation plans with strategic objectives.
• We expect hands-on leadership across the software development lifecycle, including planning, design reviews, mentoring, and problem resolution.
• We require a Bachelors degree and at least 9 years of relevant experience, or a Graduate degree and at least 7 years of related experience, or 13 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
• We require an active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
• We value collaborative professionals who can adapt to changing mission demands and work effectively in a dynamic environment.

• We lead the design, development, integration, and long-term support of full stack web applications.
• We build frontend solutions using React and backend services and APIs using Python.
• We establish and uphold software architecture, engineering standards, and development best practices.
• We shape the technical vision and product roadmap to support customer needs, mission priorities, and business goals.
• We work directly with customers and stakeholders to collect requirements, refine priorities, and convert operational needs into practical technical solutions.
• We provide technical direction throughout the development process, including solution planning, design reviews, mentorship, and issue triage.
• We create architectural documentation, technical roadmaps, and presentations for leadership, engineering teams, and customers.
• We collaborate closely with a cross-functional team and adjust to evolving mission requirements.
• We support deployment, testing, troubleshooting, and ongoing improvement of software products.
