The Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the guest rooms assigned and completing a daily checklist list along with the required allotment of rooms. Previous cleaning experience as well as the ability to communicate to guests preferred. This position is fast-paced, requires a considerable amount of walking, and the ability to lift, push and carry a moderate amount of weight.
This is an on call/seasonal role expected to end around Labor Day 2026. The hourly rate for this position is $21.50 / hour.
Duties and responsibilities: • Clean guest rooms daily ensuring all areas are completed in the designated timeframe.
• Ensure that all guest rooms are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Provide thoughtful touches to enhance the guest experience, such as arranging personal items, closing curtains, and placing bedside mats.
• Work closely with the housekeeping and front office teams to ensure guest preferences and special requests are met.
This list is not all-encompassing and that daily work tasks may and can be altered to meet business needs.

Qualifications • Prior housekeeping experience is preferred for this position
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to read, understand, interpret and carry out directions and instructions
• Must be able to regularly lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
• Work independently and make sound, responsible decisions
• May be working alone or as a team as needed
• Must be able to walk and stand at least 95% of the shift
• Must be able to reach, push, pull, bend, stoop, twist, and carry
• Must be able to use hands to grasp, hold and use for manual activities
• Maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness.
• Must have good organization skills.
• Must be able to work independently with minimum or no supervision.
• Must be an excellent team player with a positive and helpful attitude.
