Gift Shop Worker

PeopleReady of Campbellsville, KY is now hiring Gift Shop Workers in Lebanon, KY! The Visitor Experience Associate – Gift Shop and Merchandising is a Core Team Member within the Visitor Center at the Distillery. They will assist management with identifying and executing daily gift shop operations duties; fulfilling staff work attire orders; creating gift sets; and fulfilling donation and gift requests. They are an integral part of improvements to the overall visitor experience, model excellent customer service at all times, and take the lead on servicing internal and external VIPs.

Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $17 - $17 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Gift Shop Worker:

  • Deliver world-class customer service to all visitors and VIP guests
  • Coordinate with the Visitor Experience Team on daily Gift Shop duties, including staff attire orders, gift set creation, donation requests, and retail/merchandising tasks
  • Innovate ways to increase per-person spend through creative upselling and attractive displays
  • Keep the Gift Shop tidy and visually appealing, ensuring an inviting environment for visitors
  • Assist with training Gift Shop Associates and communicating important Distillery updates
  • Manage inventory, maintain organized storage, and process invoices
  • Develop basic tour knowledge to help visitors and support the Tasting Room as needed

Available shifts:

Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day), Weekends

Job requirements:

  • Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady
  • Ability to work non-traditional hours (nights/weekends)
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • Team player who can handle multiple tasks
  • Professional image with strong planning and organizational skills preferred
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Excellent oral & written communication skills
  • 1 year of experience in customer service or retail
  • 1 year of experience working with VIP guests
  • Background check and drug screening required
