Key Responsibilities

• Meet gas recovery and buyback goals.
• Build and maintain client base.
• Partner with the sales and customer service teams to retain and attract new customers.
• Provide leadership and coaching to Field Service Technicians.
• Receive and respond to calls from customers regarding scheduling work service issues and resolving customer concerns.
• Possess the technical ability and aptitude to complete service jobs as required (performing refrigerant recoveries).
• Utilize Salesforce for customer management.
• Uphold Safety to Standards.

Qualifications

• Possess a college degree OR have 3 years of relevant experience
• Be at least 21 years old with a valid drivers license and a clean driving record
• Must possess or have the ability to obtain both OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 certifications within 90 days
• Currently possess or have the ability to obtain a CDL Class C with hazmat endorsement within 6 months of employment
• Have the ability to obtain EPA universal certification within 14 days of employment
• Be willing to work flexible hours - Be able to lift at least 50 pounds
• Have intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft suites (including Microsoft Teams Power BI and Outlook)

Why A-Gas

Pay will be commensurate with experience. The targeted annual salary is $90000-$110000 depending on experience with a highly competitive commission plan. This role includes a company-provided truck with the necessary tools and equipment for success.
