Matriarch Home Care Concierge provides elevated, personalized in‑home care for clients who expect more than standard home care. Our Elite Care Specialists deliver dignified, relationship‑driven, concierge‑level service and set the standard for excellence in every client home.

We are currently seeking exceptional caregivers for Part‑Time and PRN positions in the Brentwood area who value professionalism, compassion, and high‑quality care.

Service Area

• Williamson County

Candidates should be comfortable providing care exclusively within the Williamson County and surrounding communities.

Shift & Schedule Options

We offer flexibility while maintaining professional reliability.

Available Shifts

• Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Evening / Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Scheduling Options

• Weekday shifts
• Weekend shifts
• Overnight shifts
• PRN (as needed)
• Part‑Time

Role

Elite Care Specialist (Part‑Time / PRN)
Provide high‑quality, client‑focused in‑home care while building meaningful relationships and supporting clients with dignity and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, concierge‑level in‑home care
• Assist with ADLs, mobility, and client safety
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Observe, monitor, and report changes in client condition
• Maintain accurate, real‑time documentation
• Ensure a respectful, safe, and supportive home environment
• Communicate professionally with clients, families, and team members
• Uphold Matriarch's standards of excellence, confidentiality, and courtesy

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of caregiving, CNA, home care, or related experience (preferred)
• Strong communication skills and reliability
• Compassionate, patient, and detail‑oriented
• Ability to work independently in client homes
• Reliable transportation
• Weekend availability strongly preferred
