Job Description

Job Summary: The Account Executive is a relationship-focused individual that will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, build market share and drive revenue within assigned territory. 

Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed monthly sales objectives.
  • Provide customers with the highest standard of customer service through follow up contact and consultation after the sale to protect and grow market share in.
  • Build market share (and commissions) by earning business from residential Realtors, lenders and attorneys. It’s B2B relationship building. Adding value by differentiating yourself and the Company.
  • Maintain cooperative working relationships with all necessary departments to ensure sales are generated and are processed efficiently to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Contact cold and warm prospective customers through a combination of telephone and in person contacts to obtain appointments for sales meetings, prepare presentations and proposals.
  • Close sales, gather all detailed information, and develop a sales plan for the account.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • At least 2 full years of field sales experience
  • History of success (prior sales experience, grades, part-time employment, internships, awards, etc).
  • Some experience in the real estate industry can be helpful, but it is not necessary.
  • Effective customer relations.
  • A driven, decisive, organized, and results-oriented approach.
  • A strong knowledge of document imaging products and general office computing.
  • Presentation, organization, and interpersonal skills that set you apart
  • Will need to be active in local associations and on committees and also willing to attend occasional customer events.
