Commercial HVAC SALES

Kendall, FL | Base Salary + Uncapped Commission | $70K–$100K + OTE (Top performers earning $150K+)

About the Opportunity

We are partnering with a well-established commercial HVAC contractor in South Florida seeking a driven Commercial HVAC Account Executive to expand their installation sales portfolio across the region.

This is a high-impact, revenue-generating role offering strong autonomy, established operational support, and access to large-scale commercial projects. You’ll work alongside experienced estimating and project management teams, allowing you to focus on what you do best—closing business.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new commercial HVAC installation opportunities across South Florida
• Build and maintain relationships with property managers, general contractors, developers, and decision-makers
• Sell large-scale HVAC systems including rooftop units, chillers, cooling towers, and high-tonnage equipment
• Review construction drawings, blueprints, and project specifications
• Prepare and present proposals, bids, and project estimates
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through project award and handoff

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in commercial HVAC sales
• Strong knowledge of commercial mechanical systems and equipment
• Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
• Experience selling into commercial construction, property management, or building services environments
• Strong business development and closing skills (hunter mentality)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
