Job Description

Chic hotel in Williamsburg is looking for dependable and experienced brunch cook. Must have fast paced breakfast and brunch experience and be able to handle multiple tickets independently. We are open for brunch on Saturday and Sunday 8:00am-2:00pm.

Weekend availability from 7:00am-2:30pm is required. There is the opportunity for 1-2 additional evening shifts for dinner during the week as well from 3:00pm-10:00pm. 

What we are looking for:
- The ability to cook breakfast including working the flat-top and cooking eggs. 
- Available weekend mornings and some evenings as needed.
- Works clean, neat, and organized at all times.
- Team oriented, but able to work independently.
- NYC Food Handler Certificate is strongly preferred.
- Hard working with the ability to multitask.
- Strong attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Punctual and reliable.
