Description Overview Hesperos is seeking an experienced individual for a hands-on role to develop technical signal analysis algorithms, software, and hardware systems and interfaces for use with Hesperos' Human-on-a-Chip® microphysiological systems (MPS). Reporting to the Director of Automation and Engineering, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading technical projects supervising other technical personnel, operating as an individual contributor, and collaborating across disciplines. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and organizational skills, have a solid understanding of a range of engineering techniques and tools (and the applicability to preclinical testing), and be comfortable juggling multiple assignments in an agile working environment.
