We are hiring Medical Device Assemblers to support the production of high-quality implantable medical devices in a cleanroom manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on role working with small components, assembly, testing, and inspection processes under close supervision.
Responsibilities:Perform assembly, repair, and testing of medical devices and related components
Follow written procedures, work instructions, and quality standards
Maintain accurate production and quality documentation
Handle small components and parts with attention to detail
Use computer systems and electronic data collection tools
Support continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
Follow GMP, safety, and cleanroom requirements at all times
Maintain a clean and organized work area
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Previous manufacturing, assembly, cleanroom, or medical device experience preferred
Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions
Basic computer skills and data entry experience
Strong attention to detail and hand dexterity
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
Cleanroom / medical device manufacturing environment
Must follow strict gowning and contamination control requirements
PPE and safety procedures required at all times
1st Shift: 5:00 AM 1:30 PM
Overtime may be available based on production needs
Candidates must follow cleanroom dress code and safety guidelines during interview and employment
