Requirements

What will you be bringing to the team?

• Bachelor's degree and 13 years of experience OR Master and 9 years of experience (experience cannot overlap with studies).
• Hold one or more of the following certifications is an advantage :
  • Oracle Certified Professional Java Application Developer
  • Angular Certification
  • Certified DevSecOps Professional (CDP)
  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
  • Google Professional Cloud Architect
  • Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD)
• Minimum 3 years of recent experience in applications design and JAVA development.
• At least 2 years of recent experience in architecture best practices and patterns .
• No less than 2 years of recent experience in Angular/JS development.
• Minimum 5 years of recent experience in relational DBMS (especially Oracle DB, SQL ).
• At least 2 years of recent experience in interoperability technology (web services, message-oriented middleware, service-oriented bus, event architecture).
• At least 2 years of recent experience in Agile and Agile toolbox (e.g. JIRA, Confluence, BigPicture, Balsamiq, etc).
• Very good knowledge of the following technologies: Hibernate, GIT , MAVEN , XML, JSON , SOAP, REST
• Excellent communicator and capability to speak to business and technical audiences in public institutions.
• Good redaction skills .
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent critical thinker , by using logic and reasoning to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions.
• Experience with the following is considered an advantage:
  • Understanding of European Commission's building blocks like EU Login, eUI, CNS and e-Delivery.
  • Knowledge of serverless development and NoSQL databases.
  • Experience and specific expertise in A/B, Blue/Green and Canary deployments.
• Proficiency in English language at a minimum C1 level.
• Proficiency in French language at a minimum B1 level is considered an asset.
